With me being an otr truck driver security is very important. The have 24 hour surveillance along with a patrol officer during the day and a courtesy officer at night. The apartment complex is super quiet no noise or loud music which is good so when I'm home I can rest peacefully. It looks so much better and luxurious than that video can to justice. I may take a video and post it online for people to see.
I stayed here personally for a year, there are so many issues with this property. First, They had a total of 2 different management companies within the one year that I was staying there. Living with asthma of course it was hard to deal with the black mold and i had to sleep in my living room for a month just to escape the harsh toxins of the mold.

They continue to make promises about online bill pay and gate accesses each month after 3 months and still none. The Management keeps changing and they are not professional and uncaring. If you place a work order you don't get anything in writing. This apartment is owned by Blue Rock Partner, LLC and if you check Better Business Bureau they have a poor rating. The apartments look nice on the outside but that is about it. They really need to renovate which they have started but you better really check out the apartment.
Your home should be your oasis, mine has been a nightmare. The Management Team are rude and not helpful. Fix something and a few weeks later you can have the same problem.
For your convenience, we offer on-site maintenance, 24-hour emergency maintenance, disability access, laundry facility, and there are intrusion alarms available. I have been at this apartment for almost 2 years. I have never been late on my rent and never had issues with break ins. I can hear them moving around and scratching at the plaster.

The animal has literally dug a hole through my ceiling in the living room. The head security refuses to come and fix it and the Manager is never available. The people in the office are EXTREMELY RUDE. Now I have roaches coming out of my ceiling and I am constantly scared that the animal is going to come through the roof. I have had to sleep with my bedroom door closed. I have never dealt with a company so insensitive to their tenants needs and concerns. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Save yourself the headache.
However, I have been living here for 2 years and never had any major issues til 6months ago. I reported to the management countless times which they never came to really fix. I have always been a good tenant and NEVER LATE not even once. So you would think that they would be a little bit more willing to help me BUT they were not.
